Good morning!

Attached you will find willingness to serve forms (WTS) and delegate forms for our chapter. We are always eager to get members involved in our chapter and here is a great start! For the upcoming year of 2024-2025, we are posting positions for the following: 3 nominating committee members, 2 board members, treasurer and president-elect. Job descriptions are attached.

If you are interested in being a delegate and able to attend the annual conference March 9-12, please see the attached form and eligibility requirements. In addition, you MUST be a member of our chapter, fill out a WTS form and able to attend the attend ALL Congress forum meetings at the conference. This form MUST be returned by FRIDAY, January 10 to jennefer.l.payne@vumc.org.
