Together We Rise in Boston
We’re seeking dynamic proposals for the Leadership Summit, the Ambulatory Hub, and our concurrent sessions. Some of the top proposals come from perioperative team members who:
- Are experts on clinical topics (such as medications or patient care during a particular surgical procedure)
- Lead quality initiatives, accreditation preparedness, and regulatory compliance in ambulatory surgery centers
- Conducted research, evidence-based studies, or implemented a clinical improvement or innovation
- Lead care delivery to minimize workload and enhance workflows
- Implement emergent technologies
- Successfully apply leadership practices to solidify retention at the staff or leader level
- Engage the next generation of leaders through effective succession planning and mentorship
- Advance safe surgery initiatives
- Work with nursing students
- Educate and orient staff or help team members grow and thrive
- Can discuss how DEI initiatives have encouraged collaborative innovation and resulted in improved outcomes
- Collaborate on new quality improvement projects
- Can share sustainability and ESG initiatives in healthcare
