Improving Wound Care Through Optimal Debridement. As nurses we have a critical responsibility to ensure that every patient receives the safest, most effective wound care possible. Debridement is not just a technical task; It is a foundational element of promoting healing, preventing infection, and supporting positive surgical outcome. This Continuing Education offering supports our mission to promote excellence in perioperative nursing care. Debridement decisions have a direct impact on: Infection prevention, tissue perfusion and healing, pain management, surgical readiness, length of stay, and patient satisfaction and recovery. Wound care is a team effort, and every insight we bring back to our practice creates a safer environment for our patients.
Christmas festivities follow. Eat, be merry and play Dirty Santa/White Elephant gift limit $20. Also bring an ornament to exchange or bid $$$ for our chapter fundraising. Tis the Season to give back and share our blessings with our chapter. HAVE FUN and SNAP A MEMORY!!!
